Do I have to be in Kansas to use your bookkeeping?
No. We work with clients in all 50 states. Everything runs through a secure online portal, and we do review calls over Google Meet. Our office is in Olathe, Kansas, but you don’t need to be local.
What’s the difference between the tiers?
The lower tier covers monthly bookkeeping and reconciliations. As you move up, you add a balance sheet and regular reporting, and the top tier folds in tax filing for both the business and the owner. Plans run from $179 a month up to $500 a month, all quoted flat upfront.
What if my books are way behind?
That’s common and not a problem. We bring the books current as part of getting started, then keep them current month to month so you’re never reconstructing a full year at tax time. We’ll review the state of your accounts on the first call before quoting.
