The math on planning
Ten years of planning. Money you keep.
Say planning keeps you $8,000 a year — conservative next to the $10,000+ our planning clients average in year one. Stay with us and it compounds: roughly $80,000 kept over a decade instead of handed to the IRS.

FAQ
Questions, answered up front.
Still not sure? A quick call sorts it out faster than email.
How much does tax preparation cost?
Pricing depends on the complexity of your return and whether you’re an individual or a business. Most clients start with a free call so we can quote an exact, flat price before any work begins — no surprise hourly bills.
Do you work with clients outside of Kansas?
Yes. All American Tax serves clients in all 50 states remotely. You upload documents through our secure portal and review your return with your preparer over Google Meet before anything is filed.
What’s the difference between tax planning and tax preparation?
Tax preparation records and files what already happened last year. Tax planning looks ahead — it’s the proactive strategy that lowers what you’ll owe before the year closes. Most people only get preparation; planning is where the real savings are.
How fast can you file my return?
Most returns are completed within 72 hours of receiving your documents, and same-day filing is available in some cases. We’ll give you a realistic timeline on your first call.
Can you work alongside my current accountant?
Yes. We can build the tax strategy and let your existing accountant run it, or handle everything end to end — whatever lowers your switching cost and gets you the best result.
Do you handle monthly bookkeeping and payroll, not just taxes?
Yes. Beyond tax prep and planning, we keep monthly books clean and current — reconciliations and reports you can actually use — and run payroll end to end, including W-2s, 1099s, and the quarterly filings. Most clients have us handle taxes, bookkeeping, and payroll together under one roof.
